Weeknight Pulled Pork Flatbread

If you are scrambling for a quick and easy weeknight dinner (or lunchtime leftover) – look no further than this “kitchen-sink” style pizza. I like to use storebought naan to save time but if you have the gumption and time to use store-bought dough, power to you! This is one of my favorite ways to use up pulled pork from my pressure-cooked pulled pork recipe too!

Recipe: Weeknight Pulled Pork Flatbread

  1. Heat oven to 400ยฐ.
  2. Gather your ingredients and briefly warm your pulled pork (via microwave or stovetop).
  3. Slice cubes or shreds of gouda and set aside.
  4. Use an apple slicer (if you have one) to thinly slice your apple.
  5. Cover your flatbreads with barbecue sauce. Arrange pulled pork, gouda, and apple slices to cover. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Family Tips

  • DIY pizza night is so fun to involve the kids. Let them pick out whatever they want to add (or not) and enjoy sprinkling that cheese!
  • You can always double up or drop down a flatbread if you are serving more or less people. Sometimes I get the rounds so everyone has their โ€œownโ€ pie.
  • I highly recommended buying a few of these flatbreads at a time and keeping them in the freezer. It can be an easy lunch or an easy dinner!
