Hi, I’m Taylor — mom, planner, and creator of Flavor of the Week.
I created Flavor of the Week because I was tired of answering the same exhausting question every night:
“What’s for dinner?”
During the early days of COVID, I realized something: when meals were planned, everything else felt calmer. Once we had our baby girl, that calm wasn’t just helpful — it was essential.
I don’t believe busy families need complicated recipes or themed weeks that require five specialty grocery runs, so here is what each weekly plan includes:
