Crowd Pleaser Plan

The Crowd Pleaser Plan offers something yummy for everyone at your table, no matter how big or small the “crowd” might be. These are pure and good favorites! This week we are kicking things off with a hearty homemade meatball dish (sunday gravy, anyone?), having some Asian and Mexican flavors before ending the week with a lighter pasta. Enjoy!

We LOVE pasta, and a hearty sunday pasta is the best way to start the week! Our homemade meatballs are great fresh, and just as good frozen – meaning you can batch bake and serve this recipe multiple times over the course of a few weeks or months.

Anytime I can serve both fruit AND vegetables as a main course is a win in my house! This easy pineapple chicken dish uses just one pan + your rice cooker and is ready to serve! Plus, you’ll end up with lots of pineapple for snacking all week! Don’t worry if you don’t have a rice cooker – cooking rice however you typically do is just fine.

Quesadillas are easy options during the week. Picky eater? Just serve the peppers and onions on the side!

Nothing says ‘hump day’ like a classic meat and potatoes night! Try getting the meat marinated earlier so you can just throw it on the grill when you are ready!

A lemony pasta is just the *chefs kiss* best way to end the week! Light and fresh, but warm and cozy enough to fill you up – you can add in any leftover veggies you want to round out your meal!
